Hey friends!
One of my old tutorials of lilac floral ring made in 2013, but I think it will be useful to many beginning polymer clay artists :)
In this photo I showed all the things I used.
You won't care about the brand and number of the clay, just take similar colors or any colors you like!
Let's start with the green base of the composition. First, take a small ball and roll it out as shown in the photo below.
Now you need to decorate the base with miniature leaves.
Take a piece of clay, roll it out and cut it into equal parts (approximately). Shape the leaf and make veins with a thin needle
Now carefully transfer each leaf to the edges of the green base, press a little with a needle along the central vein. This way the leaf will stick better
Now we are working with flowers. I took magenta and purple colors. Also make a roll and divide it into equal parts. These will be flowers and buds
Shape into a bud and cut into four pieces. Then roll each part into a petal.
Leave some of the buds untouched
Now take each bud and carefully place it on the base. Do not press hard, but enough so that the flower does not come off after baking.
Make yellow centers. But you can do without them :)
The flower is ready! Now preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius (248 Fahrenheit), place the flower on a foam sponge (this will avoid deformation) and bake for 15-17 minutes
Thank for your time!
